Got a good review from Strutter’zine a Fanzine/Magazine (Printed on paper and on the internet) from Holland.
NOISE CONTROL is a band from Vancouver, Canada, formed around bassist/singer REGGIE HACHE. He is the main leader of the band, recorded 7 tracks for this CD along with guitarist CHRIS ROBERTSON and drummer KELLY STODOLA. The sound is typical independent and also a bit modern, but thanks to Reggie’s very strong vocalwork and some enjoyable songs, this is in the end still a pretty good little record filled with music that can be classified as slightly modern sounding Melodic Progressive Metal. (Points: 8 out of 10)
As I was announcing on my last post I am now working with my friend teague on this new music project called tripfuse. We have been working on new songs together. I also been working to update the tripfuse website, MySpace and Facebook pages. You can check out some of the new tripfuse songs here.

New music project on it’s way…
So we didn’t qualify on the FOX 99.3 Seeds contest but it’s ok. The exposure with the process has brought in new fans. Thanks to everyone who voted for us.
Three days left for voting on the FOX 99.3 Seeds contest. Thank you to everyone who voted.

You can now vote for Noise Control in the FOX 99.3 Seeds contest. Unfortunately, it’s only open to Canadian residents. You also have to sign up to be able to vote. I don’t agree with forcing people to sign up just to be able to vote or even limiting the votes to Canada. Bands now have fans all over the world thanks to the internet; limiting the votes to countries or cities seems like backward thinking. I’m sure they have their reasons for doing so and this is just my personal opinion.

Since I have been posting the side project I’ve been working on I figured I’d mention the other one done a while ago called Fruxure with my friend Issah. I only sang on that one. For those who didn’t know you can listen to the songs at this address.
